Lounge Luna Policies

These are my terms and conditions - the necessary formal stuff

Deposits

I don't need to ask for a deposit for each booking. Your card will just be requested by the system to secure your booking.

You will be emailed or messaged with all information.

Please fill this out within 24 hours of booking to avoid your appointment being cancelled, If you do not within 24 hours your appointment will not be booked and the slot will be available for others.

Appointments

Please arrive exactly on time, not early or late, as I usually have back-to-back appointments.

Plus 1's are not ideal, but I understand sometimes it is unavoidable. Please ensure children don't touch my equipment.

Please refrain from using mobile phones and getting distracted during your appointment, so that I can keep to time and appointments run smoothly.

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel, please give at least 48 hours notice. I can then fill the slot with another client.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged half of the treatment cost. (This will be taken within 48 hours).

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or on the day, full payment will be taken.

This is necessary because last-minute cancellations result in the slot not being filled and me losing money.

I understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable and reasons considered valid will be excused (such as emergencies, illness, covid etc).

Full payment is required if you fail to attend without letting me know in advance.

In the event of cancellation and you refuse to pay if you are a new client (and your card isn't on file), or do not respond to my attempts to contact you, you will not be able to book with me again until payment is made.

If you continue to refuse, you will not be welcome with me in the future.

 

Card on File

At your 1st appointment booking, you will be required to give your credit/ debit card information, which will be kept on my secure booking system. This makes future payments easier and is additional security against nonpayment. If you do not comply, you will be unable to book further appointments with me. I do not see anything other than your name once it is saved.

Important information

When you book in you will receive an email which you must confirm with your card and fill out all forms. 

 

You then you will then receive two reminders 24 hours before and 1 hour before your appointment, these emails will include the address where Lounge Luna is located.

​

You must scroll to the bottom and it will be in a special message box.

This will show the full address.

What cars to look out for on the drive.

Where to park.

What to do when you arrive.

However, when you get emails before your 24-hour one,  it has the location of Eggington.

Click to input the address it'll show on maps, it drops the pin directly on the house!

​

I also have a sign which says Lounge Luna, which if you keep an eye out for is super easy to see on the gate! It is a black heart with gold writing.
